Conflict Coaching
Do you have the feeling that you repeat inhibting patterns of behavior and thinking in your life and your relationships? Do you feel overwhelmed by a decision that you have to make? Do you need support recognizing where your current challenges might originate from to be able to resolve them?
In conflict coaching, I offer you a safe support to find the right words for your challenges and to express them, without getting quick advice or being judged.
Instead, through dialogue and joint reflection I support you in looking behind the narrative that may be keeping you away from yourself, your own experiences, your own solutions and your own truth.
Which unconscious feelings, assumptions and strategies dominate your understanding of yourself and the world and therefore of the relationships you lead?
Together we reflect on crucial life experiences and relationships that shape you to this day, utilizing my expertise and experience in attachment and trauma theory, as a mediator and meditation teacher.
I help you to get in touch with feelings that express themselves in your thoughts and behaviors, and that point to unmet needs so that you gain more clarity about yourself and your relationships.
Because you learn to love the nuances of yourself and, above all, recognize the their power, you will be increasingly clear-minded and -hearted in your relationships.
It’s a process to unravel one’s patterns and (inner) conflicts which is why I suggest to work on your individual issues over a period of at least 2 months, with sessions taking place every 7-10 days.
In a free initial consultation (30 minutes) we will discuss which patterns, beliefs and problems you need my support with and define how often we will work together to clear and resolve inner blockades and for you to gain the strength and clarity to develop into a freer, more joyful and connected life.

Mediation
We often get lost in our conflicts with partners, children or in a professional context. We might not longer know how we can solve the situation constructively. We go into a tunnel vision (i.e. our own interpretation of the situation) which blocks our view of the other and of the overall context, the full range of what is actually taking place and at stake.
Yet conflict offers so many opportunities for individual and collective development, greater closeness, understanding, collaboration, and creativity. My belief is: a conflict wouldn't exist if it didn't have essential value for those involved and the relationship. The ability to collaborate begins with how the conflict is handled together.
In mediation, I help you to gain a better understanding of your motivation, feelings and needs that lie underneath the current (or long-term) conflict. I support you in recognizing what it might take to (re-)create a constructive communication that opens up the space for finding resolution.
I place particular emphasis on "Gleichwürdigkeit" (roughly: equal dignity). This term, coined by Danish family therapist Jesper Juul, describes the idea that each party involved in the conflict has equal value and dignity for and within the relationship. This means that the thoughts, reactions, feelings, self-image, and inner reality of each individual are taken equally seriously.
In a free initial consultation (30 minutes for each individual involved) we discuss the current conflict and define how often we will work together to resolve the conflict in such a way that it no longer blocks the development and well-being of the individual and the relationship.

Inner parts work based on IoPT
What is the significance of working with one’s inner parts? It essentially leads to self-empowerment as it gradually strengthens one's own will, the connection to one's own feelings, needs and self-worth.
I believe that self-empowerment from the inside out is the foundation for fulfilling relationships. An important step in this is to bring into consciousness those unconscious aspects (feelings, needs, or life experiences) that are triggered in a situation or conflict. This gradually creates a sense of wholeness where we were previously cut off from essential parts of ourselves.
I work on the basis of IoPT (identity-oriented psychotrauma theory) which uses our human ability to resonate with each other to uncover unconscious inner-psychological dynamics, conflicts and attachment patterns and to thus give us a greater understanding of who we are and what we want. The processing of our own trauma empowers us from within.
As faciliator, I offer you a safe space to connect with yourself and your parts at your own pace. I go into resonance with your intention and, if necessary, support your self-connection with questions and prompts.
In a free initial consultation (30 minutes) we discuss your intention(s) (what specifically would you like to change/let go of/take up for yourself?) and define how often we will work together so that you release what blocks you and lead a more self-informed life.
In my experience, it takes 2-3 sessions to deeply understand and sustainably clarify the patterns, experiences and emotions within the intention chosen.
